UnitMod is the international brand of Shenzhen Jima Art Architecture Co., Ltd. We supply prefabricated and modular buildings for global projects: box-type panel houses in four forms — quick-assembly (P1), folding (P2), expandable (P3) and factory-welded crane-lift (P4) — plus permanent light-steel villas and glass sunrooms. We coordinate specifications with your team, confirm dimensions and materials via signed drawings, and deliver knock-down or complete units to site. We focus on verifiable process: BOQ, component lists, inspection coordination and export documentation — not unsubstantiated scale claims.
What we do
