  • —Foundations, levelling and anchor bolts per signed layout
  • —Cranage, rigging and on-site assembly labour (or nominated installer)
  • —MEP connections beyond unit interface: mains water, sewer, power incomer
  • —Customs clearance, duties and inland haulage at destination

OEM & customization scope

  • —Bay size, storeys and module mix per camp layout
  • —Wall core material and thickness (EPS / rockwool / PU)
  • —Voltage, socket types and basic interior level
  • —Bilingual labels, nameplates and product marking
