FAQ

Common questions on lead time, installation, materials, documents and after-sales for site camps.

Delivery & lead time

When does lead time start?
Production lead time typically starts after drawing sign-off and deposit per contract. Spec confirmation (1–5 wd) and drawing rounds (3–10 wd) come before production.
Can you deliver in batches?
Yes — camps of 200+ beds commonly use 2–4 batches: office/guard/sanitary first, then dorm strips, then canteen/clinic. Batch plan is fixed in the signed BOQ and delivery list.

Installation & site requirements

Who provides foundations?
Buyer typically provides level foundations, anchor bolts or adjustable supports per signed layout. We supply base frame requirements on drawings.
Is cranage included?
On-site cranage and rigging are normally buyer or installer scope unless explicitly included in the contract.
Where does MEP responsibility split?
Units are delivered with interface points. Connection to mains water, sewer and power incomer at camp level is typically buyer scope. Internal wiring/plumbing level is defined per BOQ.

Materials & climate

EPS, rockwool or PU — which core should I specify?
EPS for cost-sensitive mild climates; rockwool where fire routes or client HSE require non-combustible tendency near kitchens/dorms; PU/PIR for cold zones. Thickness 50–100 mm typical — final per signed drawings.
Do you adapt for coastal or corrosive sites?
Galvanizing grade, coating system and stainless/fixing upgrades can be specified per project environment (C3/C4). State site location and client spec in inquiry.

Documents & customs

Do you handle destination customs?
Export documentation (invoice, customs declaration, etc.) is supported per contract. Import clearance, duties and inland haulage at destination are normally buyer responsibility.

Warranty & after-sales

What warranty do you offer?
Warranty terms are defined in the sales contract and vary by product system and destination. Typical export contracts cover manufacturing defects for an agreed period — not site misuse or unauthorised modification.
Can we order spare panels or hardware later?
Yes — retain project reference and drawing numbers. Spare packs can be quoted separately; allow lead time for production.
