Inland sites swing from 45 °C days to cold desert nights, while Jeddah and the Eastern Province add high humidity and wind-borne sand. That combination punishes thin panels, untreated steel and door seals. We specify PU or A-grade rock wool cores, a light reflective finish, and brush seals on every opening.
Recommended systems
Labour and staff accommodation is usually the quick-assembly box or the folding box — both ship flat, bolt together without a crane, and can be dismantled when the camp moves. Permanent offices, clinics and villa compounds take the light steel villa with a 50-year design life. Where the site already runs a crane, the welded box cuts on-site time to a single lift per unit.
From factory to site
Units leave our factory matched to the signed drawings, and travel with an erection drawing plus a connection schedule for the local crew. Any conformity marking the importer needs is agreed before production starts, not after. A supervisor can attend the first installation on request.
Yes — FOB Shenzhen or CIF to Jeddah and Dammam. Inland haulage and clearance stay with your forwarder unless you ask us to arrange them.
Why does 60 Hz matter?
Saudi Arabia runs 60 Hz where most export markets run 50 Hz. Lighting drivers, AC units and any pump or heater must be specified at 60 Hz when the order is placed; it cannot be corrected on site.
Can the units move to the next site?
The quick-assembly and folding boxes are bolted rather than welded, so they dismantle and re-erect. That is normal on pipeline and road projects. The welded crane-lift box assumes one position for its life.
How long from order to shipment?
Specification confirmation takes 1–5 working days and drawing rounds 3–10. Production lead time starts after drawing sign-off and deposit, as set out in the contract.
What warranty comes with the units?
Terms are defined in the sales contract and vary by system and destination. Typical export contracts cover manufacturing defects for an agreed period, excluding site damage or unauthorised modification.
