Coastal UAE combines high humidity, salt-laden air and summer peaks near 50 °C. Salt attacks cut edges, fixings and any untreated steel first. We specify galvanised frames, aluminium or stainless fixings and foil-faced cores, and seal cut edges before the panels leave the line.
Recommended systems
Villa compounds use the light steel villa for permanent homes with a 50-year design life; shaded extensions and glass terraces use the sunroom system in lean-to or retractable form. Site offices and labour accommodation take the folding or quick-assembly box, which can be sold on or relocated when the project ends.
From factory to site
Jebel Ali, Khalifa Port and Sharjah all serve the Emirates; the choice affects the last mile, not the building. The structural and material data a local consultant needs for submission is issued in English together with the drawings.
The envelope fails first if it is specified wrong. Galvanised frames, aluminium or stainless fixings and foil-faced cores are the baseline; for beachfront plots we will quote a higher corrosion class rather than ship the standard finish.
Can you supply a villa compound rather than site cabins?
Yes. The light steel villa is a permanent house — 1–2 storeys, 50-year design life, dry assembly. We quote the units and connection details; plot works and finishes stay with your contractor.
Do you handle municipality approvals?
No — permits and approvals sit with the importer or the local consultant. We provide the structural and material data those submissions require, in English.
How long from order to shipment?
Specification confirmation takes 1–5 working days and drawing rounds 3–10. Production lead time starts after drawing sign-off and deposit, as set out in the contract.
What warranty comes with the units?
Terms are defined in the sales contract and vary by system and destination. Typical export contracts cover manufacturing defects for an agreed period, excluding site damage or unauthorised modification.
Coastal salt air, summer peaks near 50 °C and short build programmes — corrosion-resistant envelopes delivered through Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port.
